Terms & Condition: 4th April 2012
1. The Holiday Break is run by Carolann B [Please Note - Carolann B is responsible for the Running of the Break and the Entertainment side of the break until such times as you book into the Hotel the Hotel is then responsible for all items related to the break except the booking of entertainment. See hotel website for all amenities etc. offered by the Hotel
2. The cost of the Country Music Weekend Break is per person, a £50 non refundable deposit [see 7 below] per person is required on booking and the remainder of the booking fee [plus any additional costs] is required by date shown against each break. The holiday Break is on a first come first served basis, there are 60 Double or Twin Rooms [this includes 2 full disabled room] plus 5 Single rooms available [no extra supplements - A Supplement of £50 is Payable for single occupancy of double Room ] a small number of the Double rooms are Family Rooms that accommodate a third person. A standby list will be created if all rooms sold.
3. A Small Number of Executive Rooms is available at £30:00 per Holiday extra for the weekend. Or Mon—Fri
4. Sea View Rooms are available on request at £15 Per Holiday for the weekend or Mon—Fri
5. A Small Number of Child Places in Family Rooms are available at a Cost of £60
6. Non refundable £50 per person deposit is required on booking: [Please note - the booking is transferable to a different name at no extra cost, we will endeavour to assist should you not be able to full fill your contract, if over sold a standby list will be created, all rooms will be on a first come first served basis].
7. The break is on a Half Board Basis: [Please note - Travel is NOT included in the Break - you may book in from 3:00pm and will leave after breakfast checkout time is 10:00am. A small coffee bar and lounge Area where snacks can be purchased is open during the day time]
8. Meal Times in the Hotel Are Breakfast - 8:30am - 9:45am Evening Meal - 5:30pm - 6:45pm Coffee Bar and Lounge Areas are open During Various Times of the Day where drinks, snack's and Light Lunches and Sandwiches are available.
9. Entertainment [Please note Evening entertainment is available this includes Bingo and Quizzes plus:- Main Evening Entertainment [Please Note - afternoon entertainment will be provided if enough people stay in the hotel during the afternoon] Artist's have been booked, but All entertainment is subject to last minute Alteration.
10. Limited disabled Access: [Please note - Limited disabled access, a small lift is available to all floors, but you would not be able to get Mobility Scooters to bedrooms, please mention disabilities when booking, limited [15spaces] parking is available at £5 per night on a first come first served basis with priority given to Disabled Drivers.
11. On Street Parking: [Please note - parking is on street though no parking restrictions are in place in February and adequate on street parking is available around the hotel area as this hotel is 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the centre. Limited pre booked parking is available on the Hotel Front at £5 per night but priority is given to disabled 'drivers'].
12. Priority Parking is available for a nightly fee at nearby Partner Hotels [Contact us for further details]
13. Tables are pre determined for the concert room you will receive your table number on booking in
14. Please be aware there is only a small Dance floor [25-40 persons] , therefore Dancing to popular tunes may be limited
15. Your email details will not be passed to any third party, your email will be added to Carolann's database and you will receive her quarterly newsletter, informing you of other activities and details of her forthcoming events. You may stop receiving the newsletter at any time.
16. All items may be subject to last minute changes beyond our control.
