20 May- Carolann says - Thanks Linda I know you have been playing the songs, because someone came to see me after hearing the CD played on your show. It’s great to know that when I send out requested CDs to the radio show DJ’s that some of them actually get played.

I hope at least that some people see your Radio station mentioned both here and on the Myspace site, there is also a link on my links page so lets hope more people listen to your station.

09 May - Carolann says - Thanks for the comments Jack, I’m sorry to say I’m not that clever with the computer to do all the web site stuff, neither do I have the time unfortunately. But YES I DO LOG ON AND LOOK, and I get to alter and have a say in all the comments that are posted or made in my name. I Also reply to all the comments sent in to the notice board [Only because there are not that many sent in at the moment] that’s why there is sometimes a delay before they are posted or replied to. - I can’t thank the team enough for all the hard work that goes into the web sites.

The current update has taken weeks to prepare I could never have the time to do that even if I could.

I'm sorry to say that I've no plans at present to Get out to your kneck of the woods, but I do have hopes that MAY 2009 may see me in Australia. So fingers crossed that the long distance plans work out. I have sent my new CD to the Australian Radio Stations that have requested copies so who knows I may get played on some of the stations out there.All the best to you and yours,

Hi Carolann, When are you over this way with the Band we last saw you at Southport but you was on your own.

1 June - Carolann Says - Thanks for the support, but I'm sorry to say that the Lead Guitarist 'Shug' hurt his hand and we needed to look round for a new guitarist, it mean't starting all over again with a new round of rehearsals and I just did not have the time. So I let the band reform without me so I can concentrate on revamping my solo act. By the Way I'm in Southport 'Riverside' on the 17th June and and there Christmas Party on the 16th Dec 2006. I have just heard that a gig for our club has been cancelled for March, Is this correct.

12 Jan - Carolann says - Yes Bob, I'm sorry to say that After a major discussion about how the Duo was progressing, Andy and I decided to call it a day for Dixie Diamonds, Bearing in mind that I had a lot of Solo work on the books, I knew it was impossible to get a new partner and work on a new act in time to fulfill all our bookings. As such where the booking could not be turned into a solo contract I had no option but to cancell. I Hope this is not to disappointing for Our Fans and Friends.

6th September - Carolann says - Hi Erica, Yes I did buy the guitar, I shall be working for the next few months paying for it though. The good news is that I had a fabulous time in the Blackpool Area, and Suzy and I have been asked to work together on a gig in Blackpool for Christmas 2002. Don't know the full details yet but will post them on the website as soon as they are finalised.
